Drawing inspiration from the theme of lavender and herbs the Charleston NotWedding at the historic Rice Mill was every bit the lovely purple and green affair. From lavender seeds carefully spread on tables to the purple flowers blooming from table settings, this venue came alive as an indoor garden. The bride and groom, real couple (and a fellow Junior Leaguer of mine!) LaBruce and Harrison renewed their vows under sweeping oaks as guests watched on in handsome vintage pews. Place settings were set with vintage china, white crocheted napkins and silverware wrapped in yarn. All of these elements combined into a wedding reception overflowing with organic elegance. Attendees of the NotWedding sipped on bubbly and danced the night away before wishing this couple adieu with sparklers.
