I don’t know about you but this warm spring weather has me yearning to plan an outdoor party. There’s nothing like gathering your best girlfriends, a couple boxes of wine and some blankets to enjoy a night of gossip under the stars. Today I’ve partnered with Black Box Wine to bring you the perfect girls night in!
Black Box Wines are my favorite choice when I need a wine that I can easily take with me. Take my word for it, wine in a box is so much easier! Not only is the box recyclable but the wine stays fresh for up to six weeks and Black Box is 1/2 the price of bottled wine. Plus Black Box Wines have won over 50 Gold Medals for its quality. This certainly is a win-win!For your girls night decorate your wine glasses with mini cutout diamond rings. Choose different colors so you can keep tabs on whose glass is whose. You can also place these cut outs on fun paper straws for added cuteness! No wine party is complete without some cheese and our mini baked brie recipe is the perfect touch! To create this recipe you will need: brie cheese, fresh dough and raspberry jam.
Step 1: Begin by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cut your brie into fourths, creating four even slices. Take one of your brie slices and place it in the center of your dough. Cut a circle about 1/2 an inch wide around your brie cheese.
Step 3: Take your cut dough and wrap it around your brie cheese so that it is completely covered. Repeat this for the remaining brie slices.
Step 4: Pop your mini baked brie’s in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven when your baked brie looks golden brown.
Step 5: Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm with raspberry jam and enjoy!Visit the Simple Entertaining Social Hub for more great wine night ideas and make sure to let us know if you try any of them!
