Before planning your bachelorette or bridal brunch consider hosting a little get together for your bridesmaids. Chances are you have selected bridesmaids from different areas and times of your life. For example, your college bestie may not know your childhood neighbor or sister. Rather than having everyone meet and quickly get to know each other, why not host a pre-wedding get together in your home. Nothing brings people together quite like pie and we’ve teamed up with Marie Callender’s® Dessert Pies and Reddi-wip® to bring you the ultimate DIY pie bar! Marie Callender’s Dessert Pies and Reddi-wip are the perfect choice when you want to whip dessert up in a flash! Even the most recipe-challenged baker will achieve pie perfection with Marie Callender’s! You don’t need much to create a yummy pie bar but mini flags and recipe cards are a fun addition. To make our mini pie flags you will need tooth picks and colorful washi tape. Fold a piece of washi tape around the top of your tooth pick and cut a triangle off the end to create a flag shape. Supply recipe cards so your guests can share some of their own pie recipes! Leftovers are the gift that just keeps giving so share the joy of pie by sending your guests home with extra slices. We created pie boxes with a bit of glue and card stock. Create unique tags with your wedding hashtag and wrap your gifts with a bit of bakers twine. Surprise your guests with a unique twist on traditional pie by including mini pumpkin pie shooters in your dessert bar.
